This stand was well packaged when I received it. The top shelf support had a defective weld. I emailed Bell'O, faxed them a copy of my receipt, and had a replacement part in one week. Their customer service was excellent. One installation tip: when you install the top glass shelf, loosen the 4 bolts holding the top shelf support, align & bolt the glass shelf down, then re-tighten the top shelf support bolts.I bought this stand for a 50" plasma, it fit perfectly, and the gloss black finish perfectly matched the TV. Thanks, Bell'O, for a great product.

Cons -
1.It is not level on carpet. The design of the unit causes the bag peg style legs to embed deeper into the carpet surface then the front. The result is the unit has about a 10 degree backwards lean. I "fixed" this by putting a small block of wood under the rear legs, however it is disappointing Bell'o could not think this would happen and design adjustable rear legs.
2.The assembly instructions are not up to par and the diagrams are poor.
3.The bottom shelf is not really fixed to the unit in any way, it just lays there.

Excellent design, very study and easy assemble. The bottom level glass do not have any appropriate screws but it is kind of neat pick.

Lot of room for my Onkyo HT-S7300 receiver. Therefore enough ventilation for the Onkyo HT-S7300 receiver heating issues.

Just didn't like the provision provided to hide my home theater wiring neatly. I have Onkyo HT7300,, DirecTV, PS3, ROKU and WII and on top of that 7.1 speaker/subwoofer wires going back to my Onkyo HT-7300 receiver. even after properly fastening the wires still some wires poke from the back.

I like this product. Tons of thanks providing appropriate reviews for this product to many users of this product.

I really like this stand. It looks very nice and is the perfect size for our 46" TV amd all the stuff we have attached to it. So far besides the TV this is holding an XBox 360, DVR, blueray player, Bose media center (about the size of the xbox), router and wireless bridge and could still hold a couple more game consoles. I'm really happy with this.

There is not a lot to say. The item came properly packaged and with perfectly adequate instructions. All the hardware was present. I had it together in 15 or 20 minutes.

The unit is striking, strong and stable. Some people state that it appears to lean slightly forward. I cannot see that. I did check and it is certainly plumb, square and level.

The Amazon price was about $75 less than our local, good quality and good price mega-electronics store and there was no shipping, no sales tax and no problems.

PROS: The unit has a beautiful sleek black finish that's sophisticated & rich looking. It's a perfect match for my 40" Sharp Aquos LCD Flat panel TV. Sturdy & elegant!

CONS: The units frame(two arched sides)were not constructed properly, so when fitted into the preset drilled holes of the bottom frame, they could not hold the glass shelves properly. The shelves were not in a flat position & did not reach the back panel that organizes wires. I had to bend the 2 arched frames inward in order to get the shelves to sit flat on them & be screwed in properly. It took me 2+ hours(& I'm very handy)! I just hope that I did not weaken the frame - but it was the only way to properly fit the glass shelves & the back panel.

CONCLUSION: Company should have better QA & manufacturing skills.

I ordered this for a 42" plasma. It arrived quickly. Heavy. Lots of styrofoam in packaging. Easy to put together. Nice black glass shelves although there were fine scratches on them. Looks like the swirls on a car's finish. In any case, the stand is not under any lights and a good majority of the glass is covered by equipment so I don't see the swirls. When I was unpacking it, I was frightened because there was a shard of glass that fell out. I was expecting one of the shelves to be broken or worse. Turns out the shelves were fine and I have no idea where the shard came from.

The stand itself is very sleek. The curved legs are shiny and adds a nice touch. It is fairly narrow. My receiver and 5 disc DVD player barely fits the bottom shelf.

Overall, a nice looking, solid stand.

After seaching high and low for an affordable TV Stand for my 46"flatscreen, I am happy to say I love this stand! It is exactly as described. Very High gloss and looks amazing in my livingroom. Fantastic price for such good quality. The product arrived as scheduled. Im extremely happy with my purchase.

I really like this stand. It looks very nice and is the perfect size for our 50" TV and all the stuff we have attached to it. So far besides the TV this is holding an DVR,a blueray disc player, plus a cable box. I'm really happy with this. Much better quality than anything I found in stores.

I ordered this since I was also ordering a new Sony LED TV (directly from SONY). I don't have the TV yet so I can't say if this stand will hold its own once the TV and other equipment is placed on it but it looks great and was very easy to assemble. I like the minimalist look - would have liked the cable management to be a little more minimal as well. I will update the review once the TV has arrived and everything's setup completely.

Updated 6/1/11 - holds the TV beautifully (46 inches). No issues but I would like to change my comment about cable management. I think MORE cable management would be better!
