ORDER ONE SIZE UP.
I am very small and petite: 110 lbs, 5'1". I usually wear a size 2 womens, or XS (or a size 3 juniors). I ordered a "small" in this item thinking it might be too big because a small in ladies is still usually too big for me (I usually have to order XS). Well, not this item. It was just right fit even though I ordered one size up from my norm. So I hope it doesn't shrink.
HERE'S MY CONCLUSION:
If you are very tiny like me (size 0-2 ladies), I would order a small.
If you are small (size 4-6 ladies), I would order a medium.
Just a suggestion from extrapolation from my own personal experience with my size only.

I really like this shirt but the XL is a Medium, at best. With Jockey brand t-shirts, I wear an XL so I was hoping it would be ok. I'm going to order an XXL & hope that it fits.

I bought this shirt to wear to the gym - but it runs very small and is tighter than I had hoped for. I am keeping the product, however, because I can always use it to "layer" under other items when the weather gets cool. The product is well made and did not run or shrink in the laundry process.

This shirt is not the size it is supposed to be! It really is about 3 sizes smaller and skimpy. Not worth the price of the postage to send back. Gave it to my little niece who is 10 years old.

Everyone is saying to buy two sizes bigger. I should've only got one size bigger. It streaches a lot. It fits a little better after washing but I should've ordered a M instead of a L. Over all cute shirt and I'll still wear it.

I thought this would be made of a thin, light cotton... It is mostly made of cotton, but it is bulky and thick instead! I live in Las Vegas and will likely end up giving this to my niece instead of sporting it.

Also - the length is not a problem on my petite frame - but the beautiful tall model in the photo is not likely wearing the product you're ordering - hers seems plenty long. This is not a long shirt.

In addition - I ordered the light/dark brown version and I think the hue of the light brown is reaaally ugly. (Maybe it's the texture and not the hue, either way - this is not what I expected.)

after reading some of the reviews on this product, i decided to buy 2 sizes bigger than what i would normally wear -size x-small- because i am pretty short ): 5'0. I suggest to buy AT LEAST 2 sizes bigger so it could actually fit on you. Also, if it shrinks then it would still be wearable because its 2 sizes bigger than what you would normally wear. I really like this shirt :)

i bought two of these to go under my scrubs. boy, do they run small. i do like them for layering, but i would buy a medium to wear out. (5 feet 106 lbs)
they seem to be holding up well too.
i will probably buy some more just because they are cute.

I have this one, and the one with red sleeves. It's just a basic shirt, without looking to basic.

It fit at first but then when I washed it it kind of shrunk in the wash. I love the coloring of it but you can see through it.
