These are very well-made page inserts for the Handspring dvd binders. The pages are backed in soft material to keep the dvds clean and unscratched. The image they show here may be misleading: there is space for the dvd insert from the dvd case, but if you want to save the actual dvd covers, you have to cut them down to size or store them elsewhere.

If you don't want to keep the dvd covers, these are a great solution. Highly recommended!

Warning. These Binder Insert Pages fit only the matching HandStands binders. The hole pattern does not fit a standard 3-ring binder. I wanted to put note pages along with the CDs, so this product will not work for that application. Also, the inside corners are tapered so that you cannot just punch 2 more holes in the right spot.

These pages are just roomy enough to make discs easy to insert and remove. I am in the process of converting my music and movie collection to binders and the product for Handstands delivers everything I was looking for- fashionable and functionable.

My pages DO fit my DVD leaflets... of course I used the leaflets that come inside the DVD package, I did not try and cut up the box to fit.

Since I've posted this video for the main cd binder, I thought I'd put it here too.

This is overpriced for something that doesn't transfer my entire printed content of the CD to the booklet. Where am I supposed to put all the track information? I can fit the CD in there, but I'd like to know what's on the CD, too... and that's usually on the sheet of paper that's on the back of the CD.

The liner notes fit fine.
But not the other sheet.

hope you understand. Does anyone know of another solution?

I reallly like the binder but the inserts are a hassle to use. The disk slips into the insert easy enough but the top of the insert is not user friendly and you have to mess with it every time. You have to work at getting it to cover the top of the disk. If you dont do this and turn the binder upside down, disk fall out of the binder in mass. An oversized flap like Tantor uses would work much better.

You cannot add 3-hole punched pages of other things in with the CDs because the binder rings are non-standard so nothing else will fit. You also cannot use these binder refills in a standard 3-hole that other things will fit into because they have deliberately cut off the inside corners so you cannot punch holes that will fit a standard 3-ring binder.

This outfit has made both the binder and the refills non-standard with tricks so you can't use them anywhere but with each other - obviously trying to be proprietary to force you to buy both all the time.

I resent this kind of manipulation and strongly recommend a different brand that sticks to standard universal 3-ring binder spacing.

high quality page additions compatible with large CD/DVD binder. They are exactly the same type of pages in the original binder, for seamless addition and expansion of CD/DVD storage capability. Buying by mail/catalog without seeing the merchandise can always be a little tricky, so the accurate product representation, value, and timeliness of receiving this purchase were all way above average.

I use these in conjunction with the Handstands Binder, which can comfortably hold one set of these in addition to what comes in the binder.

They are easy to put in and remove, and safely hold the DVDs in place.

One word of caution. I recently was transporting my binder back and forth to a family member in the hospital so we could pick DVD movies to watch, and I wound up putting the binder upside down into a shopping bag that I was using to bring the binder and other items with me. The result was that one DVD came out of the sleeve and several others were partly out. It was not a big deal to fix, but this would not have been a concern if I had been using a zippered DVD case.

So the lesson is that if you transport your binder or move it around from room to room, you need to keep it upright because otherwise your DVDs can come out of the inserts.

This is the best DC/DVD storage system I have found. After trying other formats, the binder with additional insert pages really did the job. And the binders look so handsome and orderly. Good riddance to the old CD tower!!!
