This song begins with a series of nice major chords that form the song's backbone. The singer then enters with breathy but substantial vocals that form a perfect emotional complement. The basic vocals are punctuated by some very nicely done falsetto. The song alternates between these three basic structures with a bit of seemingly improvisational instrumental in the middle. The lyrics fit the emotional tone of the song nicely and have a deep nostalgic flair. This song can pleasantly strum a lot of nerves to provide a lifting, introspective musical experience.
