5.0 out of 5 stars The Chieftains, The Bells of Dublin, November 30, 2005

I've owned this video for years, and enjoy it with friends and family every year at Christmas. If you enjoy Celtic and traditional music, this is a treasure. The Chieftain's music is always fantastic, and their special Christmas guests on this tape, Jackson Browne, Rickie Lee Jones, Marianne Faithful and Nancy Griffith to name a few - are superb. You can't go wrong with this tape, and also - for car listening, a CD is available of the soundtrack. Highly recommended!!! A great gift idea.

1.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous Show - Obsolete Format, November 21, 2011

This great program from the Chieftains and their friends has been a Yuletide staple at our house for the past 20 years. It's a bloody shame RCA can't do this video the justice it deserves and release it on DVD and Blu-ray. I have the LaserDisc version which is much better than this VHS tape, but both of those formats have been obsolete going on 10 years. All of the other Chieftains videos are available on DVD at least. Why not this one?
