This DVD has a great deal of information for someone who wants to learn about balancing props. The video quality is not the best. However, it isn't a big deal. If you want to learn valuable morsels of details, it is a good place to start.

Great for the beginner to sword balancing. Just know it's not a tutorial on "how to" bellydance. It's assumed you know the basics of bellydancing already.

Princess Farhana teaches the material so it is easy to understand & fun to learn. Lots of good information on this DVD, not only on how to balance & dance with the sword but also tips on care, how to hold it, best presentation, types of swords, what to buy & what not to buy, etc. Floorwork & a balance routine are included in the instruction.

This DVD production is not fancy or slick, like what we are used to with most DVDs out there today. It looks like it was filmed in her studio. The lighting, sound & camera work was good & the amount of learning content was great, so it wasn't a problem for me.

Great DVD to get the basics down for balancing & bellydancing with the sword.

I love Princess Farhana and have some of her other DVD's. This is a VERY basic DVD on sword work and does have some good tips for the beginning dancer that is starting to balance props. There are some good pointers that I did take away from this DVD.
The video work was not very professional.
This could be a decent DVD for the very beginning prop dancer.

The Princess was charming and funny. She covered sword balancing well and did a nice routine to help people get started. I would recommend the video to people learning how to balance swords and candelabras.
