Included battery would not charge upon arrival, had to obtain an RMA and send it back at my own expense. Getting the RMA took a few attempts by phone, email and live chat. have other batteries of the same type and was able to hover a little, haven't really taken it out side for extended flight but everything seems to be working ok.. have doubts about the replacement battery coming anytime soon. Gave low star rating on durability as just by it's nature these 3d collective pitch helicopters, no matter what brand, are delicate and can easily be broke; they are not toys. never got the bonus santa hat.
