Exceptionally built to please your eyes with fantastic colors and details from every viewing angle, as well as a beautiful slim design, the all-new GW2760HS Full HD VA LED monitor is everything you'll need for essential home and office use and more. A slim bezel design not only saves space but also enables a nearly seamless view in multi-display configurations, optimizing productivity, efficiency and visual comfort for work and play.

RevolutionEyes Monitor Technology Turns Screen Time into Dream Time

BenQ is revolutionizing the monitor industry with improved resolutions, faster response time and quicker refresh rates. Their exclusive RevolutionEyes technology empowers users to work and play better than ever before, and is also better for the eyes, allowing extended, comfortable vision. In the GW Series, RevolutionEyes technology includes BenQ's flicker-free technology, Low Blue Light, a slim bezel design, purpose-built color modes for easier viewing and improved Eco mode for long term power savings.

Slim and Beautiful with More to Please the Eye

A stunning work of art, the GW2760HS is fashioned with a slim bezel and slim chassis to create a simple, compact look that complements every contemporary home and office. A slim bezel design not only saves space but also enables a nearly seamless view in multi-display configurations.

Flicker-free Backlight for Visual Pleasure

Flicker-free technology eliminates flickering at all brightness levels and effectively reducing eye fatigue. Conventional LCD screens flicks 200 times per second. Your eyes may not see flickers, but can certainly feel them. Free your eyes from flickers by switching to flicker-free monitors and let your eyes do less work.

Color Shift-free Technology

Enjoy perfect skin tone and image color presentation from a wide-viewing angle of 178 degrees/178 degrees. The all new Color Shift-free Technology reduces the visibility of color washout, or color shift, between normal and oblique viewing angles, giving you consistent color uniformity and true color definition from left, right, above and below.

Reading Mode for an Optimized Reading Experience

For a more comfortable reading experience, BenQ has adjusted the monitor's color temperature, brightness, contrast ratio and sharpness to create the all new Reading Mode which simulates the look of printed paper to help reduce the eye discomfort typically caused by prolonged and focused use of eyes on computer monitors.

Improved Eco Mode for Higher Energy Efficiency

The improved Eco Mode adjusts the backlight brightness level to ensure the highest display quality is presented to you with the highest energy efficiency. This intelligent mode reduces at least 37% of the power consumed by document viewing, Internet browsing and emailing and up to 44% of the power consumed by gaming.

Full HD with HDMI and Built-In Speakers

The BenQ GW2760HS supports the Full HD 1080p with 16:9 aspect ratio--allowing the subtlest details to stand out with richer, more realistic colors, making your viewing experience even more absorbing. The latest HDMI high-speed multimedia interface makes these monitors incredibly convenient to use--now you can enjoy digital entertainment effortlessly even with additional multimedia equipment in the future. And whether you're listening to music or watching your favorite film, simply turn on the monitor's built-in speakers to experience the audiovisual fun.

Senseye 3 Visual Solution to Your Everyday Viewing Needs

Experience the truest colors of the world with the BenQ Senseye Human Vision Technology. With the help of its six proprietary calibration techniques, Senseye 3 delivers only the best viewing quality in each of its pre-set viewing modes--Standard, Movie, Game, Photo, sRGB, Reading, M-book and Eco--with the Eco Mode especially designed to save power and money.

Just upgraded from my Asus VS247H-P - an exceptional ~24" monitor in it's own rights - and right out of the box the GW2760HS puts the old monitor in it's place. Upgrade is the key word here.

From what I gather, this is a newer VA panel, which is apparently a slightly more cost effective contender to the IPS panel technology found in more expensive monitors. So basically what we have here is a very low-priced 1080p monitor with PHENOMENAL viewing angles.
On my Asus monitor, slight movements of my head / viewing position translated to dramatic shifts in the screens visibility. This is virtually a non-existent problem with this monitor.

On top of that the BenQ weighs less. I have a VESA compliant monitor arm that's rated for monitors up to 27lbs (don't quote me on that, but it's somewhere between 23-27lbs). This thing doesn't even add up to 1/4th of the capacity limit. It's actually easier to adjust than my previous monitor.

Other pros include the fact that this monitor literally has no "flicker" (i.e. no "flicker rate," if you are reasonably paranoid like me or otherwise prone to visual fatigue), a *slightly* matted screen that still really pops visually, slim bezel/bordering frame, thin design, nice big tactile buttons in the back on the bottom right corner, and one DVI-D, VGA, HDMI, Audio out, and Headphone connection.

For the wonderfully thorough review that helped me decide to buy this particular monitor,

I was looking to add a couple of 27" monitors to my work station, but didn't want top spend a lot of money. I searched around and saw multiple good deals on many different brands. This one though, the BenQ 2760HS, is allegedly the latest from BenQ in this series and has the most technology when compared to slightly older models which are still available. The bezel on these monitors is insanely thin and hardly noticeable. The display was perfect right of the box. No adjustments needed. No dead pixels, and simple to install with Windows 7 Pro. I'm running 6 monitors off of one PC. For these two, I'm using an EVGA GeForce GT620 1GB with DDR3 Memory. I have plenty of CPU (AMD 8350 8 core) and 16GN of super fast Ram. I'm not a gamer. I use the setup for watching charts with fast moving bars, and these BenQ's rock. Great Amazon Price, and as usual awesome Amazon reliable delivery. Must buy if you're looking for great quality at a value price, IMHO

Nice monitor. Good size. However, after two months, it has a brightly burnt out pixel. Shame.

I had some initial doubts, but now I have to agree with the other positive reviewers that the BenQ GW2560HS is a very nice monitor. It's outstanding features are its pleasant image, ultra-thin bezel, light weight and low cost, perhaps in reverse order. Although fine for general use, it would be best-suited for multi-monitor applications. The review at https://pcmonitorsinfo.com/reviews/benq-gw2760hs/, which was cited by another Amazon reviewer, is complete, accurate and very helpful.

When I took the monitor out of its box, I couldn't believe its weight, or rather lack of it. It's a faction of the 22" Lenovo that it replaced. I use the VESA holes to mount it to a bracket, and it doesn't stress the bracket arm at all, even when fully extended.

I had some trouble adjusting the color to my liking, so I calibrated the monitor with an X-Rite Eye-One Match. You'll probably want to do the same, because the on-screen menu is cumbersome. Even after calibration the colors weren't as rich as would have liked them. But after about a week in service, either I'm getting used to it or the colors are richer. I don't know which, but it looks very nice now.

The pixel size is typical of 27" 1080 displays, so a viewing distance greater than 27" inches or so is necessary to fuse the image. If you sit closer than that, you can see the individual pixels, and the image looks a little washed out. Not a lot, but a little. This is a common issue with 27" 1080 monitors. So, I would choose this size over its 24" brethren only if viewing distance were an issue.

This is a VA monitor, not TN, and the downside to this technology is said to be ghosting. I use it primarily for running an online racing game, so blurriness is a pretty big deal for me.

I picked up 2 of these monitors for my home work space. They are really nice and are the perfect size for a good dual monitor setup. Unless you set right up on top of the monitors, the 1080p output is just fine. I work out of my home and spend 9-10 hours per day in front of these and love them. They are used mostly for email, web browsing and Microsoft Office programs and the monitors perform flawlessly for this purpose. I did upgrade my video card to a EVGA 750TI SC at the same time and it's a great budget video card!

The monitor is very sharp and bright and easy on my eyes. There are numerous adjustments available for brightness and color, etc.
There are also several preset options that will likely meet your needs as they did for me.
