BenQ Short-Throw Technology

Thanks to an aspherical lens adopted by BenQ, the MP series short-throw projectors require just half the projection distance of traditional projectors. This is ideal for smaller spaces like meeting rooms or apartment rooms. With its short-throw ratio lens precisely calculated and positioned, this projector will deliver large-screen projection in tight spaces without jeopardizing picture quality.

For meetings, the shorter projection distance keeps the projector light from shining directly into your eyes, so you can focus on your audience. Not to mention a break from dancing shadows when people move freely about. A presentation timer is even included so you can keep an eye on your time.

Wall Color Correction

BenQ has studied the world's most commonly used paint colors and developed easy-to-use wall color correction technology to ensure you outstanding image quality on all surfaces, even blackboards. Who said you need a projection screen to get the best color, anyway?

Lamp Life Performance

Keep maintenece to a minimum with lamp life performance of up to 4000 hours, twice the lamp life expectancy of many similar lamps.

Built-in Speakers

The MP515 ST has a pair of built-in 5-watt speakers. This gives you simple mono audio solution during presentations. A stereo output is also included, for attaching stereo speakers or sending audio to a separate system.

HDMI-Enabled

The MP515 ST features an HDMI input, for a convenient audio/video connection to most modern digital a/v devices. Composite, component, and other connections are also provided.

Closed Captioning

Great price, good features. It does what it is supposed to do, trow a large picture in a short distance. I use it to DJ and with 3 feet I can fill a licra screen mount in a Truss. Brilliant and clear signal.

You will get a very large image in a very short distance. The quality of the image is good not great. If you really want to project great image you can go upscale. If you are not that picky with image quality than this one will do the job for you.
