I love it!

I am not sure why she told me to use this product,I was too tired, but it sure did allow me to get a good night's sleep.

Since it is an over the counter medication and taken as directed it can help induce sleep.And there's no indication on the package that it could possibly be habit forming, like prescription sleep medications.

Recommended if your doctor approves.

For some reason the company decided to "improve" the packaging, making it virtually impossible for someone with arthritic hands to get at the pills. What's up with that? Why can't something that works be left alone? I've given this an ok rating because the pills, when finally gotten out of the packaging work (tho I definitely prefer the dye-free, which Amazon seems to have a hard time stocking), but it's not ok. It stinks.

I got these for my first aid kit. They are pricey compared to the bottle of 200 pill for the same price. These are great for a first aid kit where you don't want unmarked items. If it were not for my kit I would def. buy the bottle you get so much more for the same price right here on Amazon.

I recommend these for limited uses.

No way can you beat this product during allergy season. I depend on it. Better than the higher costing allergy solutions and more resonable.
