Received product on time and in new condition. Have used it twice now. The bottom of the quick height adjustment rod has a spring that is supposed to fit down between the rails allowing the rod to fully seat in the grooves. This spring was too wide to allow the rod to fully seat. I emailed the company about this problem and today I received a replacement that works perfectly. I am very happy with the performance of this product even though I had to use it the first couple of times with the bad part. I will be doing business with this company again!
P.S. I love the leather. This product is built to last. |
