I bought five of these frothers to give to people for Christmas, and none of them worked.
There is something wrong in the connections.
I wrote to the company to let them know, and got no response.

I ordered two frothers and one arrived broken. I called and they sent me a replacement free of charge but it took almost two weeks. By the time the replacement arrived the original that worked had stopped working.
I wouldn't buy this again. You get what you pay for.

Excellent product. Inexpensive and works perfectly. Bought as Chrismas gift for my husband. He uses it each day and is very happy with the item. Battery operated.

I have used frothers that are 4 times the price that did not work as well. Excellent item!!

The Bene Casa is the fifth brand/model I've used in about a year of searching for the perfect frother - I found it! Contoured grip, thumb switch, non-slip grip are all features I've been searching for in one frother. All of the frothers I've tried do the job, but this one has the look and feel as well.

I love this thing... can make a really great frothe...

I only chance one aspect: The device has a round botoom, so is imposible to place in vertical posicion to store...

Not so good. takes too much time to create the froth. again the froth is temporary only. if you dont dring your froth in 5 mintues it would become milk again.

I decided that I was tired of buying soda each morning or expensive mochas. So, I decided to make my own mochas with a Trinidad Express and little heated milk and then froth it with the milk frother. It works great, takes only a few minutes and all is good with the world!

I do not like this frother. It is too powerful. I have to hold it slightly sideways in the cup so that the wand will not create such a big vortex - which creates spills.

I used to own the IKEA frother. The wand does not just spin, it also oscillates in a small figure 8 creating a small vortex but an intense agitation in the cup.

I will go back to the IKEA frother.

It is very powerful, works exactly as promised and the price is right. Based on what others have said I ordered five of them, and the total price with incremental shipping costs was very fair. One is used at home, my wife took one to work because she liked it so much, and three were gifts. Everyone is happy and satisfied. TIP: If you want that latte effect, heat your milk in a microwave until lukewarm and then froth. Very good result and unable to tell the difference compared to a barista's steam wand on an espresso machine.
