I purchased this from Sephora after reading a glamour magazine blurb about how great this mascara was (she included a picture with her tweet and they looked thick and dark). This mascara just didn't do the trick for me. I am forever being duped into buying expensive mascara when drug store products usually work the best for me. Among the more expensive brands I have tried are Dior's Diorshow, Givenchy's Phenomen'Eyes, Smashbox Lash DNA, and a few others that cost way too much. The mascara that is better than all of those for me is a simple covergirl product, purple tube (the one Drew Barrymore promotes). I also used to get a lot of compliments when I used a Rimmel one that came in a red tube. I'm sure I'll continue to spend money on mascaras that promise to give me "lashes like a doll" and don't deliver. Overall, this product was just average for me-maybe I have weird lashes? Or am expecting too much.

I really like this mascara. It gives my lashes some serious "oomph" without being too overdone. It is more of a volumizing mascara than a lengthening mascara, just FYI, and I've experienced some mild flaking issues, but otherwise it's great. The color is also super black, which I love. I recommend it.

I have tried a million mascara's. My lashes need lots of help. This mascara is good, the brush has a round head at the end so you can get all those hard to reach lashes. It does make your lashes long, better then most products I've tried. The reason I won't buy it again is because I found it very hard to get off. I don't like to put my lashes through that, I want to keep them not have them come out from rubbing too much. So I guess I would say give it a try.
