Organic Yacon syrup is a great product for making your own Brown Sugar. Especially, if you are a Low Carb Baker. I will buy this product again.

Kinda tastes like a carmely maple syrup. It's a little thicker though and it's got pre-biotics in it to help feed the pro-biotics in your gut.
