Book Description

4 and up
Benjamin Bunny decides to learn to fly, just like his friend Red Bird. Luckily, his other animal friends have helpful hints for him. Bee says he must have stripes and make buzzing sounds. Ladybug recommends that he make red wings with black dots. And Sylvia Hen insists that a good beak is very important. When Benjamin is finally ready to practice, Red Bird shows up and challenges him to see who can fly the highest. Will Benjamin Bunny really be able to fly like a bird?

5.0 out of 5 stars Cute story, interesting illustrations, March 2, 2009
This review is from: Benjamin Bunny Learns to Fly (Hardcover)
This is a cute story about an ambitious bunny who is determined to learn how to fly. He tries different strategies based on the advice of his friends, and ends up looking very silly as he adopts various physical characteristics, but he achieves his goals because he is determined. I think it would appeal to children of all ages.
