I came across this long-forgotten book while weeding and re-shelving at my son's school library. Even at 40+ years old, the jokes and cartoons gave a few chuckles, and were a source of immense hilarity for my son. I'm not going to claim that this book was Bennett Cerf's greatest contribution to society, but it's worth checking out of the library or picking up at a garage sale. Recommended. |
