I love this product - makes the best veggie pasta
I've had my turning slicer for a few years now and it makes the best raw veggie noodles ever. I love using it for zucchini, beets, carrots, celery root, and more. It comes with multiple blades so you can have different size noodles. My friend has the same one and she loves hers, too! I recommend it to all of my customers.

Not so good for the price!
My husband got it for me as Christmas gift. I insisted that he gave it to me before Christmas Eve 2007. Yesterday morning, I used it to cut papaya, no luck. Reason: the papaya is not round! eventhough I sliced the papaya down to 10 cm and quarter of the normal papaya thickness, its size is large for this machine. I...

I purchased the Benriner Turning Slicer under recommendation of health institute class. I love it! It is a tool that is mandatory for eating raw! (along with vita mixer, excaliber dehydrator, & juicer) This is the one that the professionals at the health inst. use in their kitchen at home. I would never have a different brand. I invested a Fortune in all of my equipment & do recommend this brand only. Mama L.

I tried to julliene carrot, only the fat half cut ok, the skinning haft didn't cut to strand. It came out as little rings. sigh..... |
