I'm going to try one more time to download the software info and if it doesn't work I'll send the unit back.

This is garbage. The autoreverse malfunctioned as soon as I started using it and plays a couple of seconds on one side, switches to the other side, plays a couple of seconds and then cuts off. It feels cheap, looks cheap, and is a complete waste of money.

Very disappointed! When I received it, it did not work...at all. Even with batteries. A ridiculous waste of money. Getting sent right back to the factory in China where it was made. I don't know what I was thinking. Maybe, hey, let me waste 30 bucks!

This was great. Did everything it was supposed to and was easy to use. It's good to know how to use Audacity, but that is not hard to learn.

I was given a copy of a tape I made of a family event in 1970. This you made a digital conversion, reduced the tape noise, and brought back old memories. Simple to use. Likely not durable but well worth the price.

At first I wondered whether this might be a poor quality piece of equipment because of its low price. But it was easy to use, made a good recording of the cassette tape I wanted to preserve, and the included software has many good features to fine tune your final recording. The construction seems solid enough, as if it is built to last. Great deal for only $20.

Like others I had a difficult time using it. Finally figured out how to make it work (the instructions are not helpful) but figured it out with a little trial and error. The player stopped working after 3 months. The autoreverse seems broken and the player will only play a few seconds on one side and then switches to the other side for a few seconds. I am in the process of sending it back to manufacturer (which is a pain in and of itself). I would not recommend this.

Got this to recover a 42 year old tape I made of a family gathering. The voices from the past are amazing. Installing and using this toy was easy, and the included software easily reduced tape noise. Well worth the price for this single use. Product durability likely not high, but hey, it was not expensive either.

Purchased a Cassette to MP3 PC USB Converter several months ago and have had no luck in getting the sound adjusted so that it can be heard well enough to enjoy.
