Expensive, But Worth It,

Who knew it was so hard to find good cooking twine? After several pitiful efforts I gave in and purchased this expensive set. Well, as it turns out, this is just what I was looking for.
Tightly wound, high-quality, thin but strong, food-safe linen string, perfect for trussing and tying food. And a large spool of it, to boot. (Should last most cooks years.) Easy to cut, doesn't shred or burn and is a cinch to cut and tie. The spindle is sturdy and easy to wind from, and included cutter easy to use and sharp enough to be functional. Not cheap, but I learned the hard way this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

It is pretty but also pretty expensive. Mine came without any twine.....the reason I purchased it was for the twine.
