I actually never thought I'd stumble across a so-so Berenstain Bears book but this one is it. It isn't really about a bad influence the way you'd think. Someone nice getting around someone not so nice, going down the wrong path, etc. This is portrayed as both bears being responsible for doing bad things and not really teaching what cubs needs to look out for in choosing their friends. This one failed and I actually sent it back to amazon, something I never do. Pass on this one, it's just not up to their normal standards.

This is a great story for young and old alike. It teaches kids to be be responsible and considerate of others when having fun and it suggests to parents that they not leap to conclusions unfairly about their kids' behavior.

really fun! Kids love it and save my time to teach them shouldn't do this or that. Highly recomment.

This short story is not only a good lesson for children, it is also an excellent lesson for adults.

I like that the book shows how actions can be misunderstood and that it isn't always just one kid's fault. excitement of something new can mess you up if you're not grounded in principle.
