A sharp knife is a safe knife. Sharpening your knives often will make them last much longer and keep the edge straight and sharp at all times.

Size Name: 10 Inch
Excellent rod for sharpening and putting a fine edge on any kitchen knife and because of its oval shape, you can sharpen many serrated knives as well. The instructions are for straight blades and a little difficult to understand, but go onto youtube and you will see more explicit instructions. This is an actual knife sharpener (diamond coated) and not just a steel rod which is used for 'truing' a knife blade. You can also use this diamond rod for truing as well.
