Not what you expect,

The knife set came as ordered. The issue is that the knives are so heavy that anyone with a slight weakness in the wrists would not be able to use them. When took to culinary class the instructor stated that the knives were too big and heavy for even him and the blades were so thick you couldn't even do basis chopping on onions etc. Basically not an item to choose for culinary students or anyone wanting clean slicing without considerable damage to product being cut.Berghoff Knife Set 18 Piece

i bought these as a gift for my boyfriend just starting his new job as a butcher/ broiler cook. They were perfect for skinning the meat and chopping it into the portions he needed. They were a bit heavy so i wouldn't recommend them to anyone with weak wrists or needing knives to chop things very thin.

El set es bastante completo, pero el cuchillo chef es muy grueso y sin filo, por lo tanto no hace cortes muy finos.
