These are the sweetest, freshest, most delicious dates I've ever eaten. They're nothing like the dates I've purchased over the years in the grocery store. You have to experience these to appreciate this review! Five stars and more!

Thanks to another user's review, I tried these because I could not get organic dates in my local grocery store. What a treat! I don't have to leave my home and these consistently fabulous dates arrive on my doorstep! They do have pits, but completely worth the picking it out to have the soft, sweet, and healthy snack. I have never gotten a bad batch, so the quality control seems to be superb! I love them, and you will too! By the way....these are a much better deal $$$ than what you will pay in the stores for less in the bag!

I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed in these dates in comparison to others I have purchased. They were rather shriveled and not plump. I felt that for the money I did not get much.
Maybe it's the wrong time of the year to purchase dates...
In my mind they should not be shriveled and they should be soft, otherwise they are old.

The last two batches I received were moldy and inedible. I used to rely on Bergin Nut Company's dates for a sweet pick-me-up, but their quality has declined considerably. I will not be purchasing dates from this company again.

I love these dates - we've ordered several packets and they have all been plump, moist, sweet and delicious.

I have been into dates since moving to Palm Desert in the 1980's. I fell in love with the medjools which are the softest, sweetest, at lest from the desert. These are every bit as good and very soft and sweet, and dates are so very nutritious. I recommnend them highly. They also have a lot of potassium and about double or more of that in bananas for folks on diuretics. They're simply a wonderful food. The seeds grow nicely into little palm trees. Dates are God's gift to man in the desert.

These were good. I noticed that they had a statement on them that said they were processed in a facility that processes wheat which is a problem for me. I wish that was advertised. The picture looks like it just says may contain traces of tree nuts. Also, as a heads up to people, these are not pitted, but when you put them in the food processor, the pits come out, but don't grind up - so that's nice. You can just pick them out.

These dates are extremely moist and soft and because of that the dates at the bottom of the packet tend to get squished. Once you reach the bottom of the packet it is like eating dates jam. I purchased this product two times and have been very happy with the taste and consistency. Try making a Dates MilkShake with these dates. It is absolutely delicious.

I ordered these dates first and we ate them immediately while watching tv... not what I intended! Ordered a slightly cheaper brand and they were not as moist as these. These have a lot of fruit and very little pit (which is easily removed.) Medjool is a large date and few to a pound. Spouse is diabetic and he carries a couple of these in a plastic container to use when he feels a low blood sugar coming on. He prefers these to glucose tablets... for sure. Wish these did not cost this much but we find they are worth the money in eating pleasure. Thanks Amazon for another winner!

I got my dates today and they are sooooo yummy. They are plump and so sweet. I highly recommend. I actually only kind of liked dates because they are good for you but now I love dates. Who needs candy when you have these?
