rod holder
I use this product to troll for walleye on lake erie. It handles everything I need well. Its adjustments, and versatility allows whoever is fishing to adapt this rod holder to their own comfort zone.

decent rod holders for the price
If you're looking for something inexpensive to do a basic job then these are it. However if I had to purchase new ones I would not buy these. For a few bucks more you can get a better quality rod holder. My main compliant about these are how loose fitting the "locking" piece is on the rod holder. It's almost like they are barely attached to the main rod holder.

This what you want if you are doing some trolling. The holders swivel 360' and have a security feature to hold rod in place. easy to install, highly recommend.
