Scale is easy to use but takes using it several times on the same fish to get a constant weight. Bounces up and down. First two times I used it were on largemouth that were in the 3-6lb range and the scale seemed light...they should have weighed more. I tested it against a grocery store scale and sometimes it was dead on, sometimes off by 3-5 ounces. Bottom line, wouldn't trust it if you're in a tournament but gives you a general idea of a fish's weight.
