I've used a lot of fishing lures and I can without a doubt say that these worms have been my most productive for sunfish. On any given day you can throw one of these out next to a fallen tree or dock and within 5 seconds pull out a nice size sunfish. I've caught bluegills, pumpkinseed, redears, and even small large mouth bass with this bait. I have a hunch it will work well for crappie as soon as I find some.

I recommend this tackle for all-day nonstop action:
-Light or ultra light action rod
-Berkley Trilene Professional Grade Flourocarbon line, 6 lb test
-Small 1/8 oz weighted styrofoam bobber
-#12 baitholder hooks

Use this rigging:
-Double albright knot on the hook
-Set the bobber one to four feet above the hook depending on how deep the water is
-Feed the worm onto the hook from the head through the body and out the top so the shaft of the hook is hidden and the eye sticks out of the "head"
-Use no weights

This bait is a hidden treasure and perfect for kids. It's a fire and forget, instant gratification, all day action bait. When I'm between bass fishing I'll fish for sunfish and these Honey Worms have caught over a hundred fish for me during those spare moments. They beat live worms and every small artificial lure or bait I've used. When I bring my kids fishing, this is what's on the end of their line.

Well at least the bluegill at our lake property. My dad is 95 and sometime has problems putting live worms on the hook. He doesn't have any problem with these and catches fish.

it works good. i fish for trout in a lot of artificial only streams and these are a great substitute for meal worms .hard to find in bait shops and at bass pro or cabels the price is a little high and the picture shows 2 jars which make the price seem about right BUT you only get one jar for that price .
