5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible
Before this product was introduced, I used the Berkley 8" powerbait sandworm as a trailer on bucktail jigs for fluke ( summer flunder ) to very good effect. When this became availabe, it was tried - experimently - in place of the powerbait and the results were nothing short of incredible. 3.0 out of 5 stars Quantity In Product Package
I could not find out how many items came in the package. Therefore I did not know if I was getting a fair price for what I ordered. Would liked to have had this information prior to my purchase because I may or may not have placed this order. This should be in the item description.

5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible, January 1, 2009

When this became availabe, it was tried - experimently - in place of the powerbait and the results were nothing short of incredible. 5.0 out of 5 stars Gulp!, February 15, 2011

This is the best artificial bait out there. I don't bother using anything else during winter fishing in southwest FL.

My buddies and I have fished different colors of Gulp swimming minnow and nuclear chicken always produces the most fish...at least two to one. Speckled trout love it the most!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Gulp is great, July 3, 2011

After discovering Gulp a few years ago, started phasing out other twister tails. I just got back from a trip to Canada and we killed the walleyes with Gulp. This time I jigged exclusively with Gulp and didn't even tip it with a minnow. I caught just as many without a minnow as the guys who used one. I only wish Berkley would bring back some more colors like Mango Ripple, etc. in the fresh water version.

4.0 out of 5 stars shocking pink mullet, October 22, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have been using these for fishing rockfish in 300-360 ft. depths. I have been adding a piece of squid or a live anchovy on the hook and have been catching lots of fish. They do tear after a few fish, but I think it has been worth the use. I have caught lings, reds, chilies, chuckleheads, and salmon groupers. I don't know if I would have caught them without, but it does give me a bait in case I lose the squid or anchovy. I have also used the pumkin color, but it doesn't work as well as the pink.
