Durx 770 is a cellulose/polyester nonwoven wiper recommended for ISO Class 5 and above environments composed of a hydroentangled nonwoven blend of 55 percent cellulose and 45 percent polyester. This combination of properties provides Durx 770 with the level of absorbency, abrasion resistance and chemical compatibility required for controlled environments and applications . Durx 770 is further enhanced with an ultra-low particle and fiber treatment to significantly reduce particles and fibers compared to Durx 670. Smooth, absorbent and durable. Low extractable levels. Chemically compatible with common cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Autoclavable. Economical. Complies with RoHS 2002/05 and reach requirements. 55 percent cellulose fiber content is biodegradable. Applications: Designed for use in ISO Class 5 and higher cleanroom environments. Facilities manufacturing integrated circuit, printed circuit board and electronic components. General equipment wrap and wipe downs. General purpose wiping applications. Cleaning of lab equipment. General wiping in component prep, compounding and wash areas. Applying and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Basis weight 65.0 g/sq. m and test method is TAPPI T-410.
