This workout has given me amazing results very quickly. The best thing about this DVD is that the pace is just perfect. The instructor doesn't waste time by narrarating and explaining in between every step. I find that even after doing the video about 30 times I'm still challenged and not bored, which is difficult to find in other workout DVDs. I have reccomended this to everyone I know....its simply the best :)

Wow, what a workout, really challenging, I workout every day and let me tell you this is a great and complete workout, if you really what to change your body, try this.

I have to say that I do have one regret about buying this DVD....and that's that I didn't buy it sooner!!! What an amazing workout. Pilates, kickboxing, zumba, step, weight training, swimming - you name it, I do it all, and regularly. I have never experienced such dramatic results so quickly as I have with this workout. Yes it is challenging but also easy to follow and enjoyable such that before you know it - you're done. Next thing you know you start to see definition in places you never even dreamed possible. Just get it - you'll see!

I just purchased this DVD because I can't always make it to my favorite mat pilates class at the gym, and I was hoping to find something as good as my class. Turns out that this DVD is WAY BETTER!!! The music is beautiful, without being annoying, distracting, or too repetitive, the way many workout DVD's are. The workout itself is very challenging, but doable. You can modify if you need to. I didn't have the ball and I was still sweating profusely when I was done the workout. Bernadette is beautiful to watch and her instructions are crystal clear. The studio is very pretty also. I may end substituting this DVD for my class more often than I thought!

I have been in a slump with my workouts lately and before I tried a pilates class at my gym, I wanted to try the Pilates Power Ball Sculpt DVD to familiarize myself. Let me tell you! I am an avid runner and do weight training 3-4times/week, and this workout was like nothing I have ever tried before. Bernadette also makes the DVD easy to follow along, so your not constantly worrying if your doing the exercise right. I dropped a day of weights and added pilates in to my routine. Thank you Bernadette!

I have only just started doing pilates and I am in love with this video! My normal routine is running and weight lifting but wanted to introduce some thing new into my daily routine. I literally feel longer and leaner after every work out! This is a very user friendly video and Bernadette walks you through every exercise with out losing you in the middle. If you want to feel like you have had an all over work out, this is the video for you. I would definitely get a ball to work out with-the extra effort is worth it!

I bought this DVD after reading other reviews and my to desire get one that used weighted sculpting balls. As noted in other reviews, the workout is challenging-almost too much to use the weights for some of it. Maybe I will get stronger over time. Instructions are good, but the background music is annoying.

As an avid Tae Bo fan, I recently decided I wanted to expand my exercise routine. This work out has been fabulous! It gives me a great total body workout!

This is such a great substitute for when I can't get to the gym for my Pilates Reformer/Chair workout! I feel the same intensity and well rounded workout with the DVD. Bernadette's easy tone and instruction along with the comfortable visual content makes it easy to watch and follow along - without any distraction. It's a great home workout and challenging for any exercise level!
