Book Quality Issues?
My copy is the hardback from Oxford in green and gold. No quality problems! Solid with a sewn binding. Attractive printing on paper with some heft.

Shoddy printing
I can't speak to the content of this book, having only skimmed it in the library, but buyers should be forewarned that it is one of the most shoddily printed books you will ever see. It looks as if it were typeset with an inkjet printer and run off on a photocopier -- both badly in need of new ink cartridges. I understand that there isn't much money to be made in academic...

It looks as if it were typeset with an inkjet printer and run off on a photocopier -- both badly in need of new ink cartridges. I understand that there isn't much money to be made in academic publishing, but this is disgraceful. In such a case, it would have been better to publish this exclusively as an e-book, and skip the paper altogether.
