This is an excellent, useful, fun, valuable cookbook for the whole family, filled with excellent tips on how to turn standard family meals into memorable nutritious food. Madam Dominique Loiseau holds an advanced degree in nutrition sciences, and her pairing with her brilliant late husband's innovation and attention to ingredient quality make this one of the best cookbooks for family meals ever written.
This cookbook includes techniques, ingredient lists, menus and pairings, seasonal suggestions, picnic ideas, and a host of other useful detail, in addition to excellent recipes and accurate estimates of preparation times and presentation tips. Highly recommended. |
