I've been on a Bernardo buying binge lately and the Miami is one of my favorites. It's a classic, well-made, COMFORTABLE and stylish sandal that has remained fashionable for more than 40 years and for good reason. Simply put, you cannot buy a better made sandal for the price. I also love the Matrix and Must styles and now find myself with a closet full of Bernardos for every occasion. You cannot go wrong with these.

I ordered the Bernardo Miami thong in white and am very pleased with them. My sister-in-law had a pair when I first met her more than 30 years ago - also in white - and I always admired them. Imagine my surprise to find that they are still being made after all these years! I generally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 - these come in whole sizes only, so I ordered the 8 and they are a perfect fit but with no room to spare. I couldn't wear them if they were any smaller so I'd suggest anyone who wears a half-size to order up. No break-in time was needed; they were comfortable right out of the box. They are well-made and the leather feels like good quality. The design is simple and understated - definitely a classic - and they look casually attractive. Perfect with shorts or a sun dress. They stay on well and are easy to walk in. I like them so much I'm thinking of getting another pair or two in other colors. I have only had mine for about a month but they have gotten a fair amount of use - trying to get the most out of them before Summer is over! My sister-in-law's pair lasted many years - they were a Summer staple in her wardrobe and if mine last half as long I'll be well pleased! I know they are a bit pricey for a thong but I think they'll pay for themselves because of their quality construction. If you are on the fence I'd say go for it!

Bernardo is the only brand for me when it comes to slippers (Maui for flip flops). I love them and wear them exclusively. Glad to know I can find them on Amazon.

My very first pair of Bernardo sandals just arrived and I couldn't be more satisfied! The Miami Thong Sandal is a classic look that will go with any outfit. Even though they were a little pricy for a sandal, completely worth every penny.

I have always loved these shoes. I have seen several imitations throughout the years. I decided to purchase them for an upcoming cruise and received them the other day. They were so comfortable as soon as I wore them that I bought another pair the next day. These shoes will never go out of style. The product is high quality also. I dont just recommend one pair, I recommend a two!!!
