Bernat Baby Boucle Yarn: Water Slide

With one jumbo ball of Baby Bernat Boucle, I can crochet one baby blanket. I tried fan stitches, but they looked a little thin. Lattice stitches hold much nicer in this yarn and shell stitches are soft and puffy. Don't use this yarn for any stitches where you want the detail of the stitches to shine. It will just look like a mass of yarn.

The end result of a lattice stitch blanket with a shell edging is pillow soft and warm. Very nice.

I crocheted a baby blanket with this yarn and it turned out oh-so-soft and fluffy. Really, I didn't expect it in the store when I bought it. It just didn't feel that way in the ball. I like the result so much, I'll be making many more baby blankets with it in the future. Just don't use stitches with a lot of definition, because the fluffiness of the yarn will obscure any detail. Love it.
