This 11-inch stir fry pan is part of the Berndes Specialty line of cookware. Berndes shapes high-grade aluminum to form these Specialty pans, resulting in a thick base and thin sides for excellent heat distribution and lightweight construction. The nonstick interior and exterior allow the user to cook using very little or no fat. In addition, the aluminum in these pans is guaranteed to never crack, peel, blister, chip, or come off. Users are not recommended to use metal utensils or dishwashers with Berndes Specialty cookware.

Made from heavy-gauge spun and drawn aluminum, it is exceptionally sturdy. The 3-layer nonstick interior and 2-layer nonstick exterior surface is guaranteed never to chip, crack, blister, bubble or peel and makes it easy to clean the pan while also eliminating the need for excess fats, oils, or cooking sprays. The phenolic handle allows for safe and easy transport without the need for potholders. Made in China.
