Product Description

Every kitchen should have at least one non-stick frying pan, and this one is loaded with advantages. Vacuum-pressure casting allows this line of cookware to have a thick base for even heating, thin walls for less energy loss and lighter weight, and thick rim for structural stability. This cookware won't warp and the non-stick surfaces both inside and out won't blister, peel or chip. Casting allows the handle bases to be an integral part of the pan, making rivets unnecessary. No rivets makes the interior easier to keep clean. The phenolic handles feature an ergonomic design with a thumb rest, nice and comfy!

Berndes Tradition 10-Piece SetI purchased a complete set of Berndes Signocast Classic Cookware. While I am happy with the nonstick surface and overall quality, I do have one serious complaint. The handles come loose and can not be retightened. I have replaced two of the skillets due to this problem as it presents a safety hazard.

This is a wonderful pan - I replaced my original one that I bought many years ago, because I wasn't too careful and used regular forks when turning the food - and that knicked up the bottom of the pan. I am being very careful with my new pan. The heat is distributed evenly in this pan, and it really cooks great!
