Great Anthology, But Beware of Transpositions,

Overall, this is a great anthology, with some of Bernstein's greatest musical theatre songs for women. However, be aware that some of the songs are transposed lower from the original keys, to put them into more of a "mezzo" range. This can be good, allowing some singers to explore songs that might otherwise be out of their range, but I was a little disappointed that this fact wasn't advertised. Besides this, the anthology is well worth it!
