Same as 30" Professional only mine is 36". See reviews for 30" Bertazzoni

Stove Top is Perfect. Stainless is nice and very easy to keep clean. Reliable-many options for different size burners.

Oven takes 25 minutes to preheat. I'm not sure if it's insulated enough.
Shallow oven. No big round pizza's. Oven height is short. can't comfortably negotiate two racks. Afraid to burn food setting racks to high or low -Sacrifice for bottom storage and legs.
Uneven baking even with convection. Burnt spots on food
Temperature Setting is vague range setting. Used a magic marker.
Fan blows on your face when checking oven.

Overall attractive. Stove top great but oven dissapointing since it takes all the fun out of baking anything.
Min oven temp 275....well kinda...who really knows....not even the Bertazzoni temp setting dial.
