This 148-page book is full of inspirational words and heartwarming paintings of beautiful lakes, flowing rivers and secluded streams. Thomas Kinkade really catches the curtains of colors that fall from the heavens in this book. It also encourges, challenges, and refreshes my spiritual life. Some quotes are:

"We can get so serious about life, sometimes that we can wear ourselves-and each other-out. What's your H.Q.(Humor Quotient)? .. There is nothing better than a good laugh!....".

"Before I get busy with whatever projects offer themselves, maybe I need to go on an inner pilgrimage, to spend some time in journaling and prayer, to meditate on purpose and direction....".

I am so glad that I bought this book as my daughter's Christmas gift!

Was disappointed in this book - if you like "old style" writings that almost need translation this is the book for you. The delivery was excellent.
