The Bessey KRX2450 K-body REVO fixed-jaw parallel clamp kit includes 2 24-inch K Body clamps, 2 50-inch K Body clamps and 2 KBX20 extenders. The new K Body REVO clamp range offers 30 percent more clamping force, redesigned pressure caps, and work-piece contact elements to protect the work-piece. The Vario K Body REVO clamp enables the head to be adjusted at the press of a button. The new K Body REVO clamp from Bessey achieves a powerful 7,000 N clamping force, 2,000 N more than average. In addition, the jaw face has been increased by 30 percent. Three removable and glue-repellent pressure caps guarantee work piece protection. Adjustable work piece contact elements prevent direct contact between the work piece and the serrated steel rail under full utilization of the jaw face. The tilting K Body clamp adapter (available separately), which is easily pushed on to the clamping jaws, enables clamping requirements outside of the 90-degree range to be fulfilled. The tilting adapter adjusts to the work piece, regardless of whether fitted in a V-shape or at a slanted parallel. The additional module is infinitely tilt-able within a range of 30 degrees. 12-inch K Body REVO, 1,500-pound clamping force, 3-3/4-inch throat depth, 3 removable jaw pads, 2-component ergonomic handle, removable material protector pads, removable end stop, can be attached to a work bench using Bessey TK-6 clamps. Set includes 2 pieces KR3.524 K Body REVO clamps, 2 pieces KR3.550 K Body REVO Clamps and 2 KBX20 extenders designed to join to Bessey K Body REVO or classic K Body clamps to increase opening capacity.

I recently purchased four 31" Revo clamps after having used the old-style Bessey 24" K-clamps for years. I like the larger jaws, work supports and removable caps. The parallel accuracy is dead on.

Although the caps are a nice feature, they are all a bit loose and don't stay seated on the jaws. A bit of tape helps but should that be necessary?

Also, in a little over a month I've broken two of the end clips; one when the clamp tipped over after I leaned it against a cabinet, and the other as I was trying to pry it off of the bar. They are not easy to remove and the plastic is very brittle.

I finally removed the remaining clips and made my own version of Jorgensen's parallel clamp end stand. (The Jorgensen clips are made of what looks like a fiberglass-reinforced plastic and are released with a simple spring-loaded pin.)

They are still very good clamps, but in this price range these problems shouldn't exist.

As other reviewers have pointed out, these clamps are not packaged adequately. I ordered two sets of these. Three out of the eight clamps arrived with broken end piece stops, one had one of the rivet popped out of its movable jaw, and several had been so severely jostled during transit that their top jaw protection pads had been knocked off. This is inexcusable for a product that costs this much.

I received these clamps in good shape. I had the oportunity to use them the next day and wish I would have bought them before. I normally use pipe clamps for long clamp jobs but they don't even compare to these high quality clamps. The extender worked very well and makes a very strong connection. Great Product, worth the money.
