This Tradesman Medium Duty Clamp has a 30" clamping capacity, 1" x 1/4" rail size, 2-1/2" throat depth, and nominal clamping pressure of 600 lbs. It is part of Besseys Tradesman line of bar clamps that features a patented nonslip locking system, greater holding power than any other clutch-style clamp, corrugated cast jaws, high quality galvanized profiled rail, coated oversized acme thread, large ergonomically shaped wood handle, and glue-resistant non-marring plastic caps.

I just bought this clamp four days ago to try them and they're great. Returned to Amazon today to buy six more and some 24" and 36" but the price was raised from $12.20 to 15.95. Will shop somewhere else.
