This book details the life story of Bessie P. Gutmann. It has MANY color prints of her art work and it is worth buying. I was thrilled to meet the author's daughter on line and she was able to have her father ... sign my book. It is a valuable source of information, names of the pictures, stories about them and three indexes. You will not regret the purchase!

THE BOOK IS BEAUTIFUL. THE AUTHOR WAS KIND ENOUGH TO SIGN IT FOR ME AS WELL AS SEND A PERSONAL NOTE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A NICE TOUCH. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY TO ANYONE INTERESTD IN BESSIE.
