This book is a great resource for the serious biscotti baker. The recipes are unusual, yet the ingredients are readily available. Helpful hints demystify the secrets of biscotti (it really is very easy to make a batch or two!), and the recipes lend themselves easily to substitutions. Make sure you try the dried cranberry/walnut variation - it can become quite addictive!

I am a great lover of biscotti, especially since I have to watch my sugar intake. Because biscotti can be expensive, I decided to make this simple cookie and have quite successfully. However, this book is not the book to buy if one wants biscotti of good texture and taste. I remade one recipe (Almond Biscotti) and tried two others (Coconut Biscotti and Milk Chocolate & Honey) to see if I made a mistake or preferred another flavor, but none of them were worth the effort. They were dry and too hard. The recipes I found on-line and in magazines were much better. I'll try another book.

Comprehensive list of biscotti from sweet to savory. Biscotti isn't just for dessert! The combinations are interesting and I especially like the textureful No-Guilt biscotti with no oil or butter that includes whole wheat flour and bran. Also, wonderful triple ginger and the delicious and not too sweet Tuscan spice and almond. Many of the savory ones are good served with soup.

Both my Mom and I bought a copy of this book, because I love biscotti's. I've made them before and have always had great luck. But I made two recipes from this book. Both were so bad tasting that I threw the biscotti's and the book out. Then I called my Mom and told her she might want to throw out her book too, before she wasted her time and money making any of these recipes. I didn't even try to sell the book online because I would have felt guilty.

When I received this book...er uh...booklet, I was disapponted at its size. It's a little larger than a standard index card and half as thin as my nano.
But I was relieved to find that is does contain many good biscotti recipes. I've made the coconut, and next I'm going for the orange-chocolate.

This little book without pictures has some interesting recipes. But I am still looking for the one that is pictured on the cover. I was looking for a chocolate biscotti, and there's one in this book, but it is not the one that appears on the cover.

The recipes are simple and no photos. I recomend this book for people who enjoy baking cookies. Can't beat the price and yes you have to enjoy sugar.

I love biscotti, and found this book to have the best variety of recipes. This was the book I chose to give as a gift to two fellow biscotti lovers. The recipes are easy, and the end product is delicious.

Excellent recipes and easy to follow. I had purchased this book several years ago and now purchased these four books as gifts for our daughters.

The book arrived as listed, however it is VERY small! It also doesn't contain any pictures as I was hoping it would. Half the battle in cooking is knowing what the end product will turn out to look like. I skimmed the book for various recipes and there are quite a few I am looking forward to trying.
