Ummmmmmmmm! Great recipes!
One of the best books on my cookbook shelf. Not all seafood, either, which is nice for inland cooks like me. Well written, informative, a great book. Recommended.

It's a really tiny, tiny booklet
It is really a small booklet! The recipes seem delicious but I only cook soups and chowders during the winter so I can't bear witness to how tasty they really are just yet. I am disappointed that there isn't a single picture though. I guess I'm a visual person and seeing what the end result should look like makes following the directions seem easier. I have many other actual cooking BOOKS with color pictures so I am not certain how much use I'll get out of this little booklet. Had I known what it really was like, I would not have bought it even at the $4.00 I paid.
