This is an okay collection if you are looking for all of the "basics" ("Heart Full Of Soul", Shapes Of Things", and "For Your Love"). But the sound quality is poor. A lot of distortion, and not very "rich" sound. In many songs, you can't hear the drums as well as you can in their other collections. I think my biggest disappointment was the inaccurate track listing. It was supposed to have the rarly-heard sitar version of "Heart Full Of Soul", but instead had only the regular version. If you are a hardcore Yardbirds fan, pass this one by. If you just simply want to get aquainted with the Yardbirds and their most familiar tracks, and you aren't concerned with high-quality sound, this may be the album for you. --Certainly not my favorite
