I've loved this group for years and it's no surprise that they sound as good as they do. They come by it honestly being a member of the Edmonds family. The sound is truly unique. The fact that they can take an old song like I'm For Real and give it a smooth silky soulful sound and make it work is genius. I've heard other artist try and take an old song and really hack it up which is terrible. After 7 did proper justice to this song and many others that they've done. The original artist would be proud. I really love this group because they sing, I mean really sing, they don't need music, their voices are their music, like I said, Smooth As Silk.
