As a life-long fan of Al Jolson, I have listened to the majority of his collections. MCA used to have a few cassette tapes with excellent sound. However, since everything has gone to CD's, I have not located one with excellent sound (which you would think would be just the opposite). Most of the CD's are from radio broadcasts. This two-set CD is the most comprehensive one which sounds like its been reproduced from the original masters. It is highly recommended!
