For those of us who love baroque, this is just an exquisite collection of some of the best, fourteen to be precise.From Bach to Handel to Vivaldi to Telemann, plus Albinoni, Corelli and Marcello, this is awesome. There is great variety of instrument emphasis, from strings to winds, and organ. Most of these are very well known, but there for me were several new entries on my baroque favs now, including Handel's Larghetto from "Xerxes" with its great oboe solo. What a bargain! Baroque lovers rejoice and indulge! |
