Excellent companion to the show and stands well on its own.,

If you enjoy the show (as seen on Discovery Home & Leisure) you will most definitely love the book. It has every recipe along with personal comments from Paul, Ben, and Silvana. The recipes are interesting and very easy; Silvana's especially are quick to throw together when you can't be bothered chopping or doing anything too strenuous (the chilli-cheese tortilla sandwich is an excellent example). Each recipe has its own color photo so you have an idea of what the end result should look like. This is a book that you can enjoy looking at as well as cooking from.

I love this cookbook!,

I agree with the previous reveiwer--this book is great alone, even if you have never seen the show. The recipes have creative twists and the pictures are gorgeous. The recipes are pretty easy to follow; metric measurements are equated to regular measurements. Occasionally you have to be on the lookout for european terminology (i.e. "wild rocket") but the food is great: mmmm-mm, peach clafoutis!

Very easy to follow receipes that even my wife can cook (trust me she can't cook). Not all the receipes are to my liking (but what book ever does) but most are enjoyable. Like the book just wished it had more of the receipes from the show.
