Not the best, but certainly the Most Popular,
This review is from: The Best of Busta Rhymes (Audio CD)
This compliation contains almost all of Busta's singles and the tracks that have through the years of Busta Rhymes' turbulent career enjoyed the greatest success. It does not, unfortunately feature the singles off his last album (that was Genesis at the time of the release), which is a bit of a downside to the compilation. Still, to people that are not fans of Busta, but want to get a nice feel of his work, this is a certainly suitable compilation. However, this album can't in any way attract the attention of Busta Rhymes fans, as it features nothing new (also, to fans the legitimacy of the tracklisting will seem doubtable). In conclusion, if you want to get into Busta's music, this is a satisfactory starter.

Busta Rhymes is definitely one of the most unique rappers alive - not the best collection ever but it's still great!,
This review is from: The Best of Busta Rhymes (Audio CD)
I don't know what everyone else is thinking, but Busta Rhymes is one of the most unique, interesting and strange rappers alive today. He's definitely a strange guy ala the Wu-Tang Clan, but his raps are clear, funny and sometimes even quotable. This is a great collection which I'll admit gets arguably a little slow towards the end, but the beginning is fantastic. I was never truly "into" Busta Rhymes before (I'd heard his hits), but now I can see just how talented he is (he's VERY strange - see "Dangerous" for a good example). He has an instantly recognizable voice and personality that, besides possibly the Wu-Tang Clan, you won't find anywhere else. Except for the first two tracks (which are from his Leaders Of The New School days), everything is from his solo career. Overall I think most rap fans will love this album, and those just looking for his hits will find them all here. All in all this is highly recommended!
Highlights include: the entire collection!

I must admit I was a little late getting into Busta, but now that I'm in, it's alot of fun. He has a great flow, and is definitely unique among his peers. This is a super "best of" that includes everything that I (a casual fan), have ever heard from him. Most of this is good, but my faves are "Woo Hah!! Got You All In Check", "Dangerous", "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See", and "Party is Goin' On Over Here". Plus it has "What's It Gonna Be" with Janet, and the cool "Turn It Up(remix)/Fire It Up", which samples the theme from "Knight Rider". After one listen to this sweet collection, you'll be saying "Gimme Some More".

Busta Ryhme's "Best of Busta Ryhmes" is definately a sweet collection of his best songs. If you're a Busta fan, well, I guess this is the album for you. Also, you might wanna check out "Genesis", his latest album, which is sure to impress you.

This CD is great if you don't want to scrounge for all of Busta's hits, plus it's got s*** on there that you wouldn't think would make a greatest hits. They're all bangers tho.

I recently purchased this CD and was previously aware of Busta Rhymes' work but not a fan. This is my first purchase of his music and I'm pretty much hooked on him now! He's pretty cool, funny and a really good lyricist. The beats are unique and his style unlike anthing I've ever heard or seen before. I dig him.

This album is a compilation of his first few albums including when he was with his original group. It's crisp and every track has that Busta Rhymes flow that we all enjoy. If you don't have every album from this artist then just start here.

With all his hits and some other great tracks this is a good buy, better than turn it up the greatest hits as it has all the tracks that were on that, plus another 5.

all you really need from Him,
This review is from: The Best of Busta Rhymes (Audio CD)
I liked a few tracks from his days with Leaders of the New School&I give Him props for hanging around but truth be told Dude ain't no Album Artist. He has some interesting concepts&especially in His videos but none of His albums maintain my full attention.but on a Greatest Hits Package you find a cat who understood the power of a catchy Single&made it work for himself.I think of Him like I do Missy:in that they can bring a Hype track but I don't want the whole album.but they got alot of energy&it works for them overall.
