Love this cookbook!,

I've been using this cookbook for years and love it! It has the best Posole recipe I've ever come across.Lots of winners in it. I am ordering another copy, the dog just chewed up the one I had. It would make a great gift for anyone wanting to experience Colorado cuisine or who just missed the tastes of home!

I have most of the Cookbooks from here in Colorado & I have never been disapointed yet from one of them. I will have to say this one will be just as good as the rest.
